Howdy! I’m Blake, also known as “Tex” online. I’m a proud Texan residing in the Houston metro area. My education includes an associate’s degree in psychology with Summa cum laude distinction. For 20 years, I owned and operated a small business in the maritime industry. Today I’m a full-time stock market trader.

My interest in trading the U.S. stock market began in 2017. Since then, I’ve put a tremendous amount of work into that endeavor. In an effort to share my day trading journey, I created the TexTrading YouTube channel. It has since grown into a community of 4,000+ like-minded traders with a focus on day trading stocks, options & futures. Today, I primarily focus on day trading options.

One of my passions in life has been to share my experiences and knowledge with others. Creating educational content about the skills I’ve acquired has been a rewarding creative outlet. As the channel has grown, I’ve worked hard to develop new content for aspiring traders like yourself. With that in mind, I’ve created a comprehensive and completely free trading course that will teach you how to day trade options from an absolute beginner to understanding the strategies I use to achieve consistent success in the market.
